diary-2010-06-01

First of all, Happy children ‘s day all guys!

We are having a three months long overtime. It means that my work time is from 9 o’clock to 21 o’clock from now on. I am really dismayed, nothing could be more annoying, right?

Finally we had moved to the new house, it is not bad. I remembered that I had blogged before, not it was not the end. There is still some stories to tell you. I have a lot fucking things to write, :P

I have ridden to my work since May day. It takes about 35 minutes to reach my work place. At first, I felt a little tired but now I find it is comfortable. There is no fucking subway line 5.

And last, I will tell you that I have two new partners: Blackberry 9000 and IBM T60. I still remembered that in my school time, my old partners are Blackberry 8700 and IBM T42. All the four partners are great, and I have the new ones, I am very lucky.

Gmail托管增强插件-Gmail pop3 plugin

Gmail is a nearly the best email client. It has a lot of advantages, big storage(you don’t need to worry about the email backup problem), preview the attachment in browser, easy to search mail, filter, label, and many crazy things in the Gmail labs.

Later, Gmail support that pop3 mail import What makes Gmail is a email client. You can use Gmail as a email client if you supply your email address and password.

This is a cool stuff, I use it to check the mail on the hotmail.com.

But there is only one thing make things a little imperfect: Interval of checking new mail is settled – 30 minutes. Because of this limitation, I cannot use it instead of Outlook , because 30 minutes is too long.

Today, I suddenly think that there must be some plugin which could help me to solve this problem, because Gmail support checking pop3 mail manually. Why must I do this boring thing ? Click  ‘Setting — Account and import — check mail now — go back to inbox’ , this is foolish , right?

At first, I asked Google, I searched ‘gmail account import check mail now’ but found nothing help. Then, I opened the GreaseFire extension of Firefox browser, typed ‘check’ in the filter box. Guess what? I found that.

After installed it, a new will link appear at right top corner of Gmail page:

The interval of checking pop3 mail changed into 2 minutes, of course you can check your mail manually just by only one click!

房价,人民公敌和其他

最近，“人民公敌”任志强在演讲时候，被人扔鞋，又让我重新想起了一些有意思的事情。任总是我误会很久的一个人，最初的了解就是在一些主流媒体上面，印象 最深的是在优酷网的首页头条位置，任总那些“反人类“的讲话。此后，因为任总的长相（:P）以及这段话，我深深厌恶他，和大家一样认为他是人民公敌。

对 任总态度的转变是在其做客锵锵三人行之后。在访谈中，任总继续很是嚣张的讲话，“反人民”的话语经常出现，但是听了40多分钟的谈话，我开始认同任志强 了。因为我发现，我们之前都在断章取义。

任志强说话很赤裸，说了很多主流媒体不敢说的话，但是很有道理。其观点如下：

  1. 房价高，其原因在于成本太高，主要是地价；而且，从纯价格角度看，北京的房价和国际一线城市比，不算什么（当然这个还要看国情）。 2.没有必要所 有人都往北京，上海等城市冲，没有绝对实力，留在家乡或者二线城市也是不错的选择。 3.经济适用房，也是开发商向政府争取了多年才弄下来的。

房 价的事情，我不愿意多说，因为网上有太多分析的文章了，但是肯定的是，房价一定降不了。咱们主要来看看这个扔鞋事件。

从小到大，我们好像 一直都被人控制，我们的价值观，是非判断，都在受人控制。对于房价，貌似所有的主流媒体，以及大众反应都是房地产商们鱼肉百姓，都是这些该死的万恶房地产 商、资本家，让人民大众房买不成，让我们过着苦日子。如果没有这些万恶的地产商们，我们就可以住着舒心的房子了。 那么想远一点，在其他方面，我们 每一次的曝光，每一次的事故，都是一些所谓的万恶的资本家的问题，他们脱离人民，脱离dang。而dang呢，它永远在我们这一边，帮助我们了揭穿那些万 恶的经销商们，是怎么的无耻和可恨。他好像永远都是一个揭穿者，而且我发现，只有在揭穿什么东西的时候，我才能感受到它的存在。 举个例子，之前的 三聚氰胺奶粉事件，我们全都是在声讨三鹿，蒙牛，他们固然可恨，一定要声讨。但是同时，质检部门等同样有着严重的问题，他们一样是对本职工作严重失职。为 什么没有声讨他们的？全凭一个国字号？

同样，对于房价，也不应该仅仅责怪地产开发商，这是一个大的产业链。另外，只要是商品，其价格就会 受到成本以及市场供求关系的影响，而不是其他。

the price of fruits and vegatables these days

I don’t know whether it is called inflation. Nearly all the things are changing more and more expensive.

First is the fruit, no fruit is cheaper than 10yuan/KG. The average price of the fruits is 20yuan/KG.

Second is the vegatable. Everyone at least spend 3 yuan for vegatable of one dinner.

At last, I saw a news which said, the lowest salary in Beijing had been risen up to 880 yuan/Month.

Hire new house

For my GF changing her job and the new work place is very far from where we live now,we must find a new house.

I started looking for the new house in the middle of April,but at first I just looked around.Because we are not in hurry.

We intend to live near the subway,and be able to take both subeway line 10 and line 5/13. So,three areas are acceptable : AnZhenMen,ShaoYao and HuixinXijie.

Last weekend, I spent all the two days on the house.In the first and a half day, I had looked over fifteen houses,and I did not satisfied with anyone of them.

Until then, there were no house I could see.So I went home, then I called my classmate and told her, maybe we had to move to the new house about one or two weeks later.

After I arrived home, I had a sweet sleep.

When it was about six o’clock in the afternoon,they called me that there was a new house for rent, low rented,good fitment.

When I arrived at the new house, It was about 40 past six. Yes , the house is not bad,so I paid the subscription, then I went home.

Yes, the hope often sits beside hopeless.
